Our commitment

We want every customer to be able to read our pricing, understand our policies and reach us, regardless of how they browse. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have implemented

• Semantic HTML headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate structurally
• A visible "skip to main content" link as the first focusable element
• Keyboard access to every link, button, menu and form control, with a clearly visible focus outline
• Text and background colour combinations tested to at least 4.5:1 contrast for body copy
• Descriptive alternative text on every meaningful image, and empty alt on decorative ones
• Labels tied to every form field, with errors described in text and not by colour alone
• Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" setting, which turns off all animation on this site
• Layouts that reflow to 320 pixels wide and remain readable at 200% zoom

Known limitations

We review the site each quarter and fix what we find. As of the date above, we are aware that some tabular pricing data requires horizontal scrolling on very narrow screens, and that a small number of product photographs would benefit from longer descriptions. Both are on the list for our next review.
